This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Sunshine Jesse
Honest answer? Because Konami forgot about it.
wero-vasto
Spirit Reaper has no use with BoM, this instead can be another 1K burn, thought someone needs to be too stupid to attack it again...
Anbu-of-Sand
This needs to be Semi-Limited, or this and Spirit Reaper both unlimited so I can run some lulzy Chaos Stall Deck thingy.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Reaper is at 2 because of the fact that Reaper can be destroyed by cards like Enemy Controller, thus being a flimsy wall. Plus Marshmallon is for burn decks, and Konami hates burn.
DARKPLANT RISING
IMO it's not worth Limiting. In terms of sheer card power it sucks, as this can never live 2 turns - Synchros can kill it with little or no cost. Though it'll be annoying at 2 or 3, I don't think any decks beside Burn will ever do that. Hell, only Burn runs this at even 1 as far as I know. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Oh yeah, and Reaper's effect also makes you want to put it into attack mode, which gives the opponent potential to deal loads of damage to you still.
Toffee.
Opponent finally removes this from the field -> Revive with Debris -> Nuke Hurr hurr hurr
Super Yugi Go
you guys do know removing marshmallon from the field would require your opponent to waste one of their removal cards most of the time, right? So it'd be an even exchange at worst.

It honestly doesn't seem like that good of a card.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Sadly, the phrase "Even exchange" does not exist in a format where we have JD, DAD, Demise, Dark Hole, BRD, and cards like that.
