A minimum of two attack 4000 beatstick that negates anything once per turn and gives you a free SSD when it's removed from the field.
Ruling question: If it gets removed from the field by a card like Interdimensional Matter Transporter, can it attack once it comes back to the field?

So all they did is changed it's effect from HURR SUPER CONVINIENT EFFECT THAT COUNTERS A SPECIFIC EFFECT AND SUMMON SSD WHEN I GET DESTROYED EVEN THOUGH THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN BUT SOMEHOW STILL GET DESTROYED BECAUSE ANIME LOGIC SO SHUT UP to a "generic" Shi En that also negates monster effects that also summons SSD, regardless how Quasar leaves the field.

I'll take 10 please.

Halberd was extremely nerfed, and this isn't. Great card. Can't wait to own the AI with this on WC 2012

How can beating AI give you any sense of accomplishment whatsoever? They are just ... so bad.

Not quite as disturbingly epic as when I saw the other, not official effect. At the same time, this is BETTER in some places.

Firstly, it has the same Summoning conditions. It can now only attack by the number of non-Tuners, which is fine. 2-4 attacks instead of 3-5. There is no condition restricting it from attacking directly or inflicting Battle Damage, which is excellent.

Its negation effect has no limitation, aside from once per turn and it can't negate continuous effects.

When it's removed from the field, you can bring out Shooting Star Dragon. There is no specification to Battle Position or negation effect, but it's not a Synchro Summon. It also can inflict Battle Damage normally. Excellent.

Halbred Cannon's issue is that while its Summon negation effect was excellent, that was ALL IT DID. It did have a Special Summon effect, but it relied on whatever was in the Graveyard.

I still want this.
