But I think a deck using this, a few LIGHT Machines, and so on could work out pretty nicely. Just hold it ready for a field wipe whenever you need it, even if it only gets 1000 ATK and DEF. Summon Cyber Dragon Tribute CyDra for monarch Later, if needed, remove Cydra to summon this and wipe the field. Tribute it for monarch again. Remove it to Eltanin for another eltanin.
