A Monster that When Summoned, it Will Be Forgotten

This card is also treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster. Equip Spell Cards cannot be equipped to this monster. You cannot increase the ATK or DEF of this monster. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot be the target of any Spell or Trap Cards. On the third End Phase after Summoning this monster, it is returned to your Extra Deck. After it returns to your Extra Deck and Special Summon the Exceed Material Monsters used to Exceed Summon this monster. You cannot Exceed Summon this monster after 3 Standby Phases have passed after this card returns to your Extra Deck.[/i][/center]

I actually love this, but imho I think it's way OP'd
its attack is too high, maybe if you made it 2000-2200, 2400 at the most!.. (it's a level 4 anyways, even if Exceeds are usually powerful even at low levels )

or if you lost the SSing of the material monsters, since the way it is now this monster has no drawbacks while with effects like that it should.

also you could've found a better picture

It has NO drawback? This card can only be on the field for about 2 turns. But if I make it lower, it would really have no use especially for an Exceed Monster. I guess maybe I could had: "After this card has be returned to your Extra Deck, you cannot Exceed Summon until 5 of your Battle Phases have passed." But the meaning of this card is, even strong monsters have no reason for staying. But I also want it to be like the name suggests it to be, when YOU forget something, everything returns to normal. I also guess I could find a better render, maybe Yin will do one! Also, I think if I lower the ATK to 2400 or even lower, it will be UP'd. But thank you anyways for your feedback!

It had no drawback. So what if it's on the field for 2 turns? 2 turns is enough to inflict enough damage to win, especially when most of the Spell or Trap Cards currently ran is most decks actually target.

1 other thing that makes this card broken is that it only requires 2 Level 4 monsters to Exceed Summon. It has 2850 ATK for heavens sake. Essentially, it's the Exceed version of Goyo Guardian, minus the monster stealing effect.

hmmm, it's better.. even though you changed the image it still doesn't feel yu-gi-oh-ish, try harder if you want to make a visually appealing card.
If you're using such a template you must have some sort of PS knowledge too, so you could edit pictures you find on the net as well.
I find most of mine on danbooru, it's a huge anime imageboard.

but let's get down to rating again.

Template: 10/10
Effect: 6/10 (not OP'd anymore but kinda UP'd now.. 3 level 6 monsters? Wow, that's way too many, too hard to summon...I'd suggest you left it a level 4 and decreased the attack instead of increasing its levels. )
Picture: 5/10 (better but could be even better)
Effort: 9/10 (you want to make a better card)

so overall 30/40

the picture looks okay (but it doesnt look a fiend)

the effect im not sure if its balanced

but the card is imune to to everthing (except monster effect i believe)

pretty high attack for a lv6 (but its a exceed that requires 3 lv6 of a specific type)

now here the kicker (it return to the extra deck after a few short turns) then you cannot exceed summon for a small amount of time

so is it balanced ???

okay now this version is more like it (aside from the OCG mistakes but I assume you were just in a hurry)
Still, maybe you could lose the SS of the exceed material monsters after sending Zera back to extra deck.

no idea about usefulness since I have no idea how Exceeds would feel in a duel but by the sound of this card I presume it'd be
quite useful, so yeah, a final 35/40 from me if that's your final edit. ^^

Pretty good. I think it would make a good card. A few OCG fixes, but I can fix them for you, how YOU want the card to be:
