1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. This card can attack a number of times during the Battle Phase equal to the number of non-Tuner monsters used as Synchro Material Monsters. Once per turn, you can negate the activation of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster's effect and destroy it. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck.

So Big Fish's effect may as well be "Discard one card to win".

What OTHER decks can actually make use of it?

That pretty much is Seaking's effect. It will go to 0 once Exceeds come out.

Why would it go to 0? Ok, it will have a lot more of options to select from, but not something that could make it even more overpowered that the way it is now. Also, some of the combos it has are based around Synchro summoning, so most of the time that would still be the best option...

Don't forget my Quasar Synchron deck! Oh who am I kidding, only like 3 people know it firsthand.

5 slots, if you count SSD.

Amazing card, love it so much. It's basically an OTK that can negate anything once per turn. Much, much better than Halberd and definitely worth every card invested.
