As for the Tech Genus monsters themselves, they're decent, but I can't really call them "good" as a pure deck. Run Doppel in them for lulz. Junk Synchron, too. Basically, they run like Doppelplants with TG in place of plants, so... Yeah.Specifically, Librarian is amazing, Halberd is not as good as Quasar, Gladiator is bad, Wonder Mahician is nice, Recipro is meh, and Blade Gunner is meh.
