It's pretty good, the only problem I have with it is, it would be pretty hard to summon it in Defense Position. There are very few cards that can do that, unless you Special Summon it. You'd probably have to use murading Capitan, or that one continuous Trap that lets you Summon in Defense positon. Besides that, it's pretty awesome. Drawing 1 card every turn is too big an effect on any card, especially one that doesn't die, regardless of you taking battle damage or not. Why? "Roll a six-sided die"... Nowhere does it say that you can only do that once per turn. Roll until kingdom come, and draw your entire deck. Exodia owns... Second off, tributation doesn't matter. For the third effect: You have a 1 in 3 chance of hitting 5 or 6, and then a 1 in 2 chance of getting it... Meaning a 1 in 6 chance of drawing two cards... It's pretty weak...
