This card can only be Special Summoned by Removing From Play one Monster with "Thirteen Blades" in its card name from your Graveyard. If this card attacks, flip a coin and call it. If you call it right, choose to activate one of these effects.-Your opponent selects one Monster on the field. If it is under his/her control, as long as it remains face-up on his/her side of the field, decrease the selected Monster's ATK by 800 points. If it is under your control, as long as it remains face-up on your side of the field, increase the selected Monster's DEF by 800 points.-Discard two cards from your hand to destroy one Spell or Trap card on your opponent's side of the field. Here's my new card~ Faceless Spectre-Remove 2 Dark type monsters in your graveyard from play to special summon this card. The ATK and the DEF of this card become the number of Fiends in the graveyard x 500 points. Once per turn, You can send 1 DARK monster from your hand to the Graveyard to have this card gain 400 ATK. This card is destroyed at the end phase of your turn unless you remove 1 monster on your side of the field out of play. Will you then finish your list and if there are more than nine cad makers with a 8.5 or higher wil you then pick those who had a 8.5 first or those with the highest score. I also think people should take the time to edit the photos they just get off of google and what not. Srry About the blurryness but this is his effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 Dark monsters. Once per turn you may remove from play 1 Dark monster in your graveyard to destroy 2 cards on your opponent's side of the field.
