What would happen then? @ZeroChill: Read the first line. It can't be special summoned, but I guess you could get a +1 field advantage every turn with this while stopping the opponent from drawing. It works in many, many decks, produces a lockdown that no one can escape from and if unbanned would run rampant with all the new toys it would have gained since 2004.
