Black Horn of Heaven is bad, Divine Wrath is sub-bar at the moment, Destruction Jammer is bad. Your point being? And besides, SQD lost it's nuke effect, so Destruction Jammer is pretty much useless.

No card is invincible, it stops only one effect, then you can use anything on it to get rid off it just like a normal monster.

Shooting Star Dragon can be stopped via D-Prison sure, but do you know what else could ge rid off it? Solemn has been run in pretty much every top deck since the game sped up to the point where LP doesn't matter much until the end of the duel. (probably around Tele-DAD or Gladiator Beasts but I'm not exactly sure) If you don't base your opinion of Solemn on actual evidence then you aren't worth listening to.

That being said, Solemn is broken outside of any format where LP is that important.

Just because every top deck uses it doesn't mean that I have to like it, it doesn't mean that I am not allowed to think that halve off your freaking LP is too much off a cost when there are other, less costly cards which you can use instead.

My point being that all off them can do the same job as Solem Warning/Judgement at a much vbetter cost. And no, SQD can negate and destroy one card effect, so I can chain Desturction Jammer to that effect and say 'bye bye dragon!'[/color]

Hang on, you're talking about Solemn Judgment like that? Dude, have you seen all the YCS decklists? You'll fail to find more than 3 decks that don't run Solemn Judgment.

OT: Incredible card is incredible. Basically Solemn Judgment + Solemn Warning set = Stop anything. Awesome to stop Mirror Forces or similar when going for game. It just makes me feel so much safer.

Other topic everyone's going on about with Shooting Quasar: Tempest is a retard.

That being said, the fact that it tops tournaments is evidence enough. I could explain in-depth why the other cards you provided as examples are bad but it's 5 in the morning and I need sleep.

OT: I remember back when this card was @ 3
it was horrible for me because I never drew into it

The fact is that once your opponent has SQD out, you have pretty much lost anyways. Sure, CED will be able to return SSD, but what if you don't have it? The fact is that you already wasted one of your monster removals on SQD makes you have 1 less card to back you up when SSD hits the field.

Black Horn of Heaven is only good to stop SSing like Cyber Dragon and Synchros. Sure, it has that, but what about Normal Summons? Most of the time, I would like to actually negate the Normal Summoning of a monster, can BHoH do that? No, it cannot.

Divine Wrath is good, yes, but it's not THAT good. It's only really good when you have something to discard that you do not want in your hand.

Destruction Jammer can only be used against SQD if it negates the effect of a monster. And you're not bloody likely to activate monster effects when your opponent attacks with SQD, par from searcher, and nobody with half a brain will negate searcher unless it will stop him/her from winning.

So yeah, the cards you listed don't do the job better than Solemn Warning/Judgment, they're just poor man versions of the good cards.

Have fun being OTK'd, then. You know why people think you're retarded? Because you don't know when it's a good time to actually use Solemn Judgment. Obviously a player like you will not understand that you do not use Judgment at any chance you get. You think and time your activation of the card, because it can backfire at you when you use it at the first chance you get.

I am also finding it ironic that everyone is saying 'have fun loosing' when in my experaince, playing Solemn Judgement just leads too your defeat.

Obviously, that's because you do not know when it's a good time to use Solemn and when it's not. You obviously will not use Solemn on Pot of Duality or Allure of Darkness. You only use Solemn against cards that help your opponent push for game.
