Should be at zero, although it's not a broken card and exceed gadgets might not be great, it still generates unfair advantage and so should be banned. [/quote] If everyone has access to it, it isn't unfair. If you're unfair to everyone, it turns out to be fair. Exceed Gadgets just have a way to utilize the advantage differently.
