I know, this has been done before, but I just finished WC11, and I think this is awesome, even though Lucciano's cooler.

Also, I hear people say this has the worst art of the three Meklords? I think this is way better :/

So yeah, DISC.

In my opinion, the best of the Machine Emperors, but my least favorite art. 2500 guaranteed ATK plus the ability to negate Spell Cards is excellent.

So far, it doesn't look like Wisel's going to be in EXVC, which is just bizarre, since Skiel is. But Grannel's a promo, soo...

Wisel's effect is thus: "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand when a face-up monster you control is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can treat an opposing Synchro Monster as an Equip Card and equip it this card. This card gains ATK equal to the total ATK of all monsters equipped by this effect. Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. Once per turn, you can negate the activation and effect of an opponent's Spell Card and destroy it."

I'm guessing me will probably get this as a promo in Generation Force.

Scraps will love this. Agreed the best artwork of the 3.

KIKOUTEI WAIZERU INFINITI, WAIZERU TOPPU, WAIZERU ATAKKU, WAIZERU GAADO, WAIZERU KARIA NO TOKUSHI SHOUKAN!

...

I'd have to see the physical card to decide whose art is best. I like the background of Wisel most, but the head and body look a little silly to me.

Granel is most effective early game, but if you get hit hard it quickly becomes a very small monster. Wisel is still decent-sized, particularly since the strongest Six Sam has 2500 ATK as well, and so they can't hit over it easily. So if you can be assured of getting out your [s]Meklord[/s] Machine Emperor quickly and easily, Granel is probably better, but Wisel is the better tech choice.

One reason Wisel is better than Granel is that Wisel is just as good early game as end of game because it's consistently powerful. Whereas Grannel could end up being barely 1000 ATK. Also, Granel depends on Synchros more than Wisel does. Even in the anime, Granel's effects NEEDED a Synchro monster to do anything special.

Yea, but Anime Grannel was more lulz.
You could use the equipped Synchro monster as a "shield" in a non-existant monster card zone.

It's so vague...Does it special summon right when the monster's destroyed? Can you special summon it farther a long the turn, or even on a different turn? If a monster's summon is negated and that monster is destroyed (IE: Warning/Judgement), can it be summoned?

I don't want to check the rulings section
Vague? You can just throw it down whenever your monster is destroyed by an effect.

Yeah, but what's the time limit? Does it have timing it has to follow? If it's destroyed on the opponent's turn, can I special summon it on his turn?

That's why I'm saying it's vague.

I'm 99% certain it can be Special Summoned from your hand during either player's turn. The timing window is the same for all "When" effects, so the monster being destroyed has to have been the last thing in the chain to happen.
If the summoning of the monster is negated and that monster's destroyed, does it still count as a monster being destroyed?
