Back when this was legal, there were only like two or three decent plays with this. Tribute Treeborn frog for Zaborg. Use Last Will. Summon Don Zaloog and swing for 3800 + a free card from the opponent. And THAT was seen as too broken. Nowadays, with Synchros existing, a monster being sent from the field to the grave is an embarrassingly easy condition to fill and the monsters able to be summoned has only increased. Firstly, you can pretty much activate it any time during the turn (Main Phase), and activate its effect any time durng the turn (...actually, that was in one of the older games, I'm not sure how it's actually ruled). It's insane. 1500 ATK is the standard limitation and it's abuseable as hell now, where low ATK monsters with amazing effects are run in every deck.
