1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. This card can attack a number of times during the Battle Phase equal to the number of non-Tuner monsters used as Synchro Material Monsters. Once per turn, you can negate the activation of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster's effect and destroy it. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck.

A powerful card but hard to summon, its not as good because it doesn't negate attacks like Shooting Star does, but the bonus is when it dies, you get to SS Shooting Star, its like an never ending cycle with the Stardust Dragons...

I bring it out so easily with Flying Penguin.
You're also implying that your opponent will ever get their turn.

You don't need to negate an attack when the game's over.

"Not as good"? Look, you get this out and you usually win right then and there. It's a 4000 monster that can attack 2 times, maybe more if you put even more effort and resources into it (not worth it), and can negate almost any Spell, Trap, or Monster Effect once per turn for no cost whatsoever.

Shooting Star is formidable, but if Summoned by this effect, if you RFG it, it stays RFGed because it wasn't Synchro Summoned.

Seriously, take on a deck that can Summon this, and you'll see how deadly it is.

Is there anything worthwhile to discussion?
No, unless you want to discuss Nexus, Clear Mind, and every other stupid plot device used in 5D's to make it "epic" and distract us from the dumbest concepts in the franchise's history like a trading card game mechanic overloading the city's power generator, the city's power generator creating stupid-looking robots to destroy the city, a trio of robots who fuse into Elemental Hero Despair Neos, the cardboard main character who gets new cards in the middle of a game by riding his motorcycle into space, disregarding the fact that there's no air in space, turning gold and summoning the card being "discussed" in this thread. But then this would be an anime topic and not a TCG topic like this that's basically a Shapesnatch topic.

It makes no sense, and it's fine as long as it makes it dramatic. Hell, nothing in anime makes sense but a lot are worthwhile.

On 5D's, the best parts were most likely Dark Signers and from after WRGP (the space between those two and the first several episodes were like GX).
