In this case, the nature of the effect makes it so wearing off at the End Phase is irrelevent, but if you had an effect that prevents a card from being destroyed until the Opponent's End Phase, during the End Phase, they can destroy it. Most Morphs are weaklings, and thus vulnerable to being destroyed in battle. When they're ready to attack, piercing is useful if Boarden isn't on hand. [/quote] No, it's actually rather good. Just not in most decks, since people don't usually swarm LV1s. Though, as has been stated, triple Celfon or Treeborn + 2 Fishborg would do it.
