Darkest Hour
"Cannot be used" = Cannot attack, cannot be activated, continuous global effects no longer work, and cannot be tributed/used as material for a summon or effect?
.Nu-13
You cannot declare Psi-Blocker with it. As if you did, Blocker's effect would stop working. If it wasn't working, it could apply itself. If it applied itself, it would stop working again, etc. thus the infinite loop
darkwolf777
[quote name='Klavier Gavin' timestamp='1305363181' post='5207299'] You cannot declare Psi-Blocker with it. If it resolves successfully, then its effect will last until the End of your Opponent's Next Turn, no questions asked. You can declare "Psi-Blocker" and once the effect resolves successfully, then "Psi-Blocker" can no longer be used until the end of your opponent's next turn. There are no infinite loops involved and the effect doesn't stop because you declared it. It resolved successfully.
burnpsy
I'd rather run Prohibition. not vulnerable to Veiler and doesn't use up a Normal Summon.

Sleepy
We need to make it a Level 2 FIRE Psychic-Type monster with 200 DEF and 500 ATK that can also be treated as a Machine-Type, for the lulz. Then, it be highly Special Summon-able =D
