So far I've been unimpressed with most of the Exceeds Monsters for having such low ATK and watered-down effects as compared to Synchro Monsters summoned with the same Levels. I'd rather have the 2 level 4s (EDIT: barring cards made for the express purpose of getting out monsters needed for a Xyz summon, then this card might be worth the effort).
