During this Battle Phase, the selected monster can attack once again. In that case, double its ATK during the Damage Step only." Potential for a OTK if you know what your opponent has down? Just came across this while looking for ideas for a Card Set of mine.
Welche the crab
Maybe side incase your opponent is a n00b who spams up scarp iron scare crow?
Blake
Guys, the real use for this card is Utopia. Negate himself or some beatstick, then activate this for another attack @Double ATK.
J-Max
I was just thinking that it could have been used as a Counter to cards such as Gravity Bind but then noticed the monster has to be Selected.... Damn... lol
Sleepy
Maybe side incase your opponent is a n00b who spams up scarp iron scare crow?
It doesn't work. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Tips:Double_Up_Chance If that is legit, then rulings say that the last thing to happen must be the attack negation. So effects like Magic Cylinder, Draining Shield, and Scrap Iron Scarecrow that either inflict damage, heal life, or re-Set themselves after negating the attack will result in missing the timing. . . . . . which is pretty stupid if even the "tips" section says this is almost useless xD . Clearly meant to work with Emperor Hope or Hero Barrier.
