There's plenty of overlap, but off the top of my head: "Commonly" played cards Witch can get that Sangan can not: All of the Monarchs Dark Armed Dragon Ninja Kuick Goldd and Silva Neos Alius, Stratos, Prisma Garoth, Lyla, Ehren, Celestia, Shura, Sirocco, Bora, Caam Serenity of Gusto Grandmaster, Kizan Mezuki, Zombie Master Thunderking Rai-Oh Breaker the Magical Warrior Oyster Meister "Commonly" played cards Sangan can get that Witch can not: Debris Dragon Honest Kagemusha, Kageki, D.D. Warrior Lady Strategist Nishipachi, Watchdog Saizan Snowman Eater Gravekeeper's Spy Not a complete list, just a spur of the moment "top of my head" kind of thing so like... yeah.
