Now, thankfully the card isn't splashable, due to being so specific (Warrior Tuner + Six Samurai non-Tuner), but the archetype it supports can bring it out WAY too easily and that's a problem. If it was actually a difficult Synchro to bring out, it would almost be fair, depending on your views of how bad Stardust is. What would make the card fairer? Lower ATK? Higher level? I haven't played even once against a Six Samurai user that actually knows how to keep it on the field. The couple I faced just Summoned it and had no more monsters out (and sometimes only bluff backrows because everything was for searchng). I came to the point where I had completely forgotten it had build in protection effect xD *makes me wonder why those guys bothered to buy it* That said, I can't negate that card is still too good for the sake of its Deck.
