CED effect, you have 4 cards in hand, they also have 4, you have 2 backrows, they have 4 backrows = 4200 Damage(?) OTK on turn 2. Broken? Hell yes. So they have a 1500 ATK monster without an effect, 4 cards in hand, and 4 Set cards, none of which could stop either the Summons or the attacks? How'd they get 9 cards on their first turn and yet be utterly lacking anything valuable? And how'd you get that many cards? Your combo doesn't give you any card advantage. If a scenario relies on your opponents' first turn resulting in a +3, yet them lacking any sort of resource to hinder you Synching Librarian, getting several plusses, and bringing out Chaos Emperor, having both attack, and then wiping the board for game, it's not a valid example of this being an OTK.
