They have a decent engine with Sapphire Pegasus and Crystal Beacon, but the only problem is when going into an Xyz, the mosters will be destroyed/detached and sent to the grave which conflicts with their theme. Black W Mage Posted June 27, 2011 Report Share Posted June 27, 2011 lol answer to the whole "Xyz conflict with the theme": don't focus too heavily on the "theme". your focus doesn't need to be heavy on ACRR, therefore you don't need a large amount in the s/t section. Because Xyz bring down the amount that go in the S/T section, you can actually run traps and not get raped. running traps, you draw more cool s*** with Rare Value, and do more control dat way. Crystal Beasts absorb 1-4-1s, and potential +1s like Hyperion, Scrap Dragon, etc. Therefore, the CB support you should run would look like this: 1 ACRR 3 Beacon 2 Promise (Xyz recycle) 3 Rare Value 1-2 Blessing (meh, not really necessary anymore, dead draws) You don't even need Abundance, most dumb niggas will assume thats what you're going for and will save their warning foreva, you can just control them without it. also, most players believe that the best way to stop CBs is to destroy them as S/Ts. so now they're wasting their MSTs on those, rather than your set Warning.
