So on the servers I'm on I buy, beg and steal - in some cases - farming materials like seeds, pumpkins, sugar cane and melons. Then I repeat the same for a bucket. And I start a badass farming system in several layers undernath my house One day, I intend to take my farming to single player, once I find a pumpkin and melon legitimately. I love farming, and ranching too. I once had a hardcore world where I had an epic ranch with every kind of animal (bar Mooshrooms) and a sheep of every color, plus a wheat and sugarcane farm. Then I added Mo Creatures for awhile, all my animals got eaten when I went away, and I was suffocated to death by a horse. But anyway, I know what you mean. Except I don't really go on servers.
