evilfusion
No, it'd be much better if you didn't have to send a card at all. It has the specific condition of being removed from play (fortunately it's by any means, regardless of where it came from). However, it'll miss the timing with Cyber Valley and Overload Fusion, it's got pitiful stats, and sending a card makes it a +0 tops. Can't be used in Macro decks because sending to the Graveyard is a cost, and Macro disallows that (D-Fissure will let you send an S/T).
hexcalibrate
it would be better if it's effect worked while it's on the field and a different card is RFG.
DARKPLANT RISING
"Can" robs it of all uses.
Sleepy
Back in the days of x2 Allure of Darkness and x2 Gold Sarcophagus, I used this card at 2 in my Tempest OTK as a Deck thinner. It was never really a bad draw in there and it worked ok. Either without the discard OR without the missing the timing. Having both is what ruins this card's potential usage (outside my deck that is =P )
