White Void
Extra Gate Quick-Play Spell Card Activate by declaring a number between 1 and 12. Your opponent selects 1 monster in their Extra Deck with the same Level as the declared number, and Banishes it. If the opponent does not have a monster with the same Level as the declared number in their Extra Deck, discard 1 Card from your Hand. Not entirely confirmed but something along these lines. Kinda cool Synchro Hate if used intelligently.

DARKPLANT RISING
Most people in Japan run only 1 LV 9 Monster. ...F*** YEAH
OmegaWave
It's a no-brainer to pick which number, since everyone runs the same damn synchros. Also, you could declare level 1 and get a DW discard out of it.
White Void
Other possible effect: Extra Gate Quick-Play Spell Card {Declare a Level from 1 to 12. Banish all cards in your opponent's Extra Deck with the Declared Level. If no cards of that Level exist in your opponent's Extra Deck, discard 1 card from your hand.} This one is broke as all hell, lol. Pretty sure the first is more correct but we'll see soon since full set spoilers will be up either tonight or tomorrow most likely.

Shiina
At least it wasn't totally based off of Fusion Gate, that would screw the game completely!

hexcalibrate
now to point out the obvious: put this in a dark world/fabled deck, either destroy a synchro/fusion or discard a card, you can't lose. ~British Soul~
If it's the first effect then you can stack it to get rid 3 of the same level If it's the second effect then you can stack it to do more damage to your opponent either way it could be a potential Staple
