Alexander's Grimoire IS his heart (he was born with a very underdevolped one, you see), and therefore he can't use it often, as it increases his heart rate drastically, accelerating his circulatory system and straining it. so, he often coughs up blood after prolonged use. I'm gonna make another character, since this is progressing a bit too slow Name: Zemaru Deu Ovinkono, also goes by "Zevin" Age: 35 Gender: Female [spoiler=Appearance:] Zemaru has White skin, Blue eyes, and is a Brunette, She is slightly shorter than Zeimaier, Like Zeimaier, She navigates in a wheelchair to keep her striker and Gun close to her, She has a Katana on her back. While using her magic and/or wearing her striker, She gets Rabbit ears and a Rabbit Tail.[/spoiler] Personality: while she is around, there is a very commanding aura around her that can get others riled up by her presence, She is calm, but she cares about Zeimaier like a sister... Bio/Wikipage: As the commander of the 665th Joint Fighter wing, Zemaru had a very upbeat lifestyle, she was the one that gave the order to insert an Artificial heart made out of a very powerful Magic Dynamo salvaged after the Yamoto campaign after the Neuroi super-hive. Months after the execution of Zeimaier's mission, She found out what the magic Dynamo actually consisted of, she was assigned on a mission to save Zeimaier from this fatal problem... Teacher/Student?: Student [spoiler=Weapon(s) of choice:] Ravietta MDL 7774: A White Propeller Striker Unit capable of amplifying Zemaru's magic 10 fold, and can catch up with Zeimaier's Ravietta MDL 6646 Armaments: Zemaru carries an Armor-piercing 60 Cal. cannon of completely piercing through a Neuroi, in addition, She found a Magic katana whose Blade can carve through any laser beam or any magical barrier [/spoiler] Reasons for coming to this school: She is looking for Zeimaier, hoping it wouldn't be too late to save her [spoiler=Powers/Abilities:] Magic: She has Several powers using her magic, Including Resisting the effects of a High Altitude and/or High Speeds or to even guide bullets from her gun to unseen targets. She cannot raise a shield because she had to give up the ability to receive the Naiesvara, In addition, unlike Zeimaier, whose magic is directly powered via her artificial heart(Which gives Zeimaier Unlimited magic), Zemaru's magic is actually limited from within Shrink/Grow: She can pour her magic into the air around a specific person or object, causing it to shrink or grow, She cannot use this ability against Large-Type Neuroi, but she can use this ability on a Neuroi core, no matter where it came from, a type of radio wave, such as coming from a portal, will disrupt this power and cause the target to return to original size. Naiesvara: Like Zeimaier, She can pour magic into her eyes, but unlike Zeimaier, This allows her to completely see through 1 layer of concrete, and also allows her to completely see through a Neuroi, allowing her to pinpoint a core, Her sight distance is also less than Zeimaier's, only allowing her to see up to 8,000 Kilometers Reppuzan: After cleaving through a laser beam or a Magic shield, She can pour her magic through the katana to have it absorb the power of the laser or shield, Lengthening the blade with magic and allowing it to cleave through anything and everything with a single slash, However it only lasts through a single slash and takes a large chunk of her magic away Sevinsa: During her Teenage years, she accidentally touched another witch and discovered that she had the power to siphon magic from other magic users, This ability allowed her to become a high ranking officer, however, she could not bear to sacrifice other witches of their witch-hood(Witches have a reservoir of magic within them that is limited), She made a pledge to only drain the magic from Magic Dynamos, The only thing she can use this power on, is Zeimaier herself for the time being... [/spoiler] Dorm: Red Canonical or Custom?: Custom Franchise?: She, along with Zeimaier, come from the Strike Witches Universe Others: Same with Zeimaier, She lives off campus, Back in her original universe, She was Zeimaier's commanding officer.
