Sleepy Posted August 4, 2011 Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 This + Resypro Dragonfly for Accel Synchro [/lol] I honestly can't think of many Synchros you would like to use this as a Tuner for. He is more like they boss itself. It has fun support like: Revival Gift Battle Tuned and Synchro Support He is ok, but hard to find a place for. The Deck that most successfully uses Power Tool is Gigavice, where you would maybe Summon a Lifestream for the lolz. There is also Morphtronics, but don't know about Morphtronics very much so, .... If it was generic, though... You could Level Eater your way into three Life Streams, get 3+ draws from Librarian(s). Then, Librarian would be even more broken. IT allowed you to declare a level once per turn, and change all other Synchros to that level. So, if Yusei had only had RDA and BRD and LSD, he could have said 2, and gone Quasar.
