(If I remember correctly) [/quote] There's a 1700 ATK DARK Dragon meant for CyberDarks, but its a Level 3. A 2000 ATK Level 4 DARK Dragon, but its an Effect Monster. For covering all this card's conditions I really can't think of a card that is immediately better at everything. This also has the strongest ATK that is searchable by Mystic Tomato and Sangan.
