Zauls Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 On DN I was testing Xyz Zombies. I had a Tour Guide, a Goblin Zombie and a Zombie Master in Grave. SS'd DAD, removed ZM for eff, but it got Veiler'd. I Normal Summon another Tour Guide, getting Sangan and make Leviair. I got back Zombie Master and discarded Oni from hand to SS itself, activated it's eff detaching Tour Guide to get Goblin Zombie. Xyz for Vylon Disigma to steal Catastor and bashed for game (he wasn't on all his Life Points). Epic card is epic, and Xyz is now a broken mechanic because of the new ruling. It was the TCG Ruling with Xyzs that make Number 17 seem godly, but when Konami starts making better Rank 3s with more fulfillable conditions, Revise will be bad. Levair is good because it makes big love with the Banished Zone and there really shouldn't be a reason why he isn't a staple monster in most decks. People only use Leviath because the rest of the Rank 3s are bad and Leviath is the only one (next to Levair) that seems playable while Gaia Force and Pearl are good, but there are obviously better choices than them in the same requirement fields. [/quote] lolycm I merely am explaining that Leviath is pretty meh for the 2nd best Rank 3 and will be considered severely outclassed/bad once better RNK3s with effects that very easily ditch materials are released.
