It's a very difficult conundrum, one I think could be solved with a simple card: Medium Storm Normal Spell Activate only when both players control 1 or more Spell or Trap Cards. Zauls Posted August 11, 2011 Report Share Posted August 11, 2011 There are arguments for and against this coming back (apparently, Starlight Road is a reason for this to not come back because it will get spammed? Weird. Starlight Road is the worst card design in the game). Whether Storm is @0 or 1, the game will be broken. IMO, Trunade banned, Storm back to 1, MST back to 3. Trunade is less counterable and it a Trunade format people are prepared to set 5 backrows and summon Tengu or something. In a Heavy Storm format, that would not be possible. In a Heavy Storm format, Starlight Road would be a feared card so Storm would not be played whenever a player wants to play it and it would take skill to play. MST to 3 because Starlight Road would run the format otherwise. Either do that or balance the format so we can have Trunade and Storm back to 1.
