.Rai
Due to Konami's general overcomplicated rulings, it doesn't work as intended. For this thread...pretend it does. 3 Maxx "C" 3 Reborn Tengu 3 Tour Guide from the Underworld 2 Debris Dragon 2 Lonefire Blossom 1 Dandylion 1 Glow-Up Bulb 1 Spore 1 Sangan 1 Effect Veiler 3 Fragrance Storm 3 Black Garden 3 Gold Sarcophagus 2 Pot of Avarice 2 Terraforming 2 Mystical Space Typhoon 1 Dark Hole 1 Monster Reborn 1 One for One 1 Foolish Burial 2 Solemn Warning 1 Solemn Judgment Dump Maxx "C" during your turn. Play whatever cards to Synchro tons of times. Preferably with Trishula for even more trolling. You draw 1 card each time you do your Special Summoning due to Maxx "C" and Black Garden. Need space for perhaps a Mind Control and maybe some other Synchroing cards.

Toffee.
Black Garden
Yea, I missed that. Though his deck needs some crazy way to constantly remove the tokens from the field, to keep up with his constant Special Summons.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Wouldn't the tokens be Special Summoned by you? Like with Lava Golem?
.Nu-13
Black Garden is Special Summoning the Tokens. Therefore the controller of Black Garden is the player Special Summoning. So it only works if the opponent of Black Garden uses Maxx C. .Nu-13
To be honest, it makes sense it doesn't work. If it DID work, we'd be seeing this deck all over the tourneys.

The controller of Black Garden is the player Special Summoning Rose Tokens. evilfusion: Ruining deck concepts by knowing rulings. Further evidence: If you control "Black Garden", when you activate "Scapegoat" the effect of "Black Garden" will activate after your "Sheep Tokens" are Special Summoned, but its effect will disappear. If instead, your opponent activates "Scapegoat", after they Special Summon their "Sheep Tokens" the effect of "Black Garden" activates, and when it resolves you will Special Summon the Rose Token. (translation: Because Scapegoat prevents YOU from Summoning afterwards, YOUR Black Garden will not SS a token to the opponent)
