Cut a character from a pic, then add a background?

Lol, not really that confidential, Daemon.

Basically, you need GIMP or Photoshop which can do transparent backgrounds. Use selection tools to get rid of the background.

I know! It is a simple outer glow in photoshop. .-.



Gimp is a free image program and if you want photoshop. There are portables. Simply type Photoshop Portable in Google and good.

Yup, I'm more or less familiar with the selection tool, however I thought there's a secret trick I am missing or something >.<

Thanks for the quick comments, I am attempting to become an image maker so it could be nice if someone would like to give up the glow thingy.
