That really screws them over. And this does a good job as well, because if your opponent drew into his fourth card and had only one monster in his hand and no monsters on the field, you might as well just attack for game. This countering Smoke Signal, ARA, Dawn of the Herald, X-Saber Darksoul, anything that adds Scrap Chimera to the hand, Agent of Earth, Dragon Ravine, Sphere of Chaos, RotA, Fossil Dig(in Jurracs), and Gadgets, doesn't mean anything to you?
