Resident Fascist
We all know what it does. Discuss it's usefulness in the new format.
OmegaWave
Pretty much screws Heavy Storm. Thinking about it now, we got screwed when it came to field clearing spells this time. Atleast, Stardust can't revive itself when summoned with this, so that's something you may be able to play around.

Zauls
I play it @1 in any deck that runs 8-10 other traps. Then any more than that I play 2. It does screw TT, Dark Hole and obviously Storm. Then also JD, Gyzarus etc. It's godly against Lightsworn, because if they try to Storm then JD, you can Starlight the Storm and Warning or something on the JD. Then if they try and nuke without the Storm, just negate that.

[/quote] Yes, I'm saving Byakk the trouble of posting. Starlight causes rage and ends up causing people to call the waaambulance. Pretty funny really, considering it only really works agenst like a handful of cards.

I know that the ruling says Fusions etc. can't be Special Summoned and stuff if they're not Summoned properly the first time, but I thought since Stardust's effect was self-revival it would work. Flame Dragon
Card is horribly designed. Lets you overextended and be rewarded with a 2500 beatstick, that will continue to let you overextended. Really, only reason I wouldn't say this needs to be banned is that Stardust is just as broken and banning that fixes this cards problems.
