Starts as a decent creature maker, and can even act as green removal. You can even do something silly like Gut Shot him to get the flip. On the flip side you still have blockers for Garruk, a great tutor effect, and an insane trample ability. Yea, hard to argue with that. Did I mention I missed the 1/1 wolves having deathtouch? .Nu-13 Posted September 2, 2011 Report Share Posted September 2, 2011 Story-wise, makes sense. When his loyalty (life) lowers, he becomes more vulnerable for Liliana's attacks, so she can curse him. Also, because he's cursed, he can't really come back to his previous form. Relentless' both abilities are pretty good. Free Lightning Bolt for Green? Yes please. Free tokens? Yes please Cursed's abilities are amazing as well. +1 for a 1/1 Deathtoucher? -1 and sack something for tutor? -3 for amazing boost and trample?
