Nobody really cares much for the ATK Increase part, as it will only last until his next battle, in which he uses his effect. Its just the fact you can very easily get this card to the field, then proceed to run over everything else with it, which is what makes it so incredible. .....The tin promo(it gets one, right?) of this card will look amazing. So... both monsters return, right? so most of the time it will be better not to activate it's effect. I would use it mostly against ? ATK monsters...
