This actually seems like it would make for an interesting tech.
I mean your bound to have at lest 2 Synchros in your Graveyard at some point, and the added burn effect is always a nice touch. It's a [i]LITTLE[/i] situational, yea, but it's still a +0.

I wonder how this card would play out, if you used it in combination with something like Scrap Dragon and/or Colossal Fighter O,o

well you would want to keep a monster with high ATK than the other synchro that was destroyed in the turn you play this card, that way you would inflict nearly 3k of damage. so you would have to play a strong one first then play another to bait it for this card. it's may be situational but you can play as normally as your opponent can't tell whether you have this on the field or not but of course people tend to destroy the back row first before monsters =_=

Its good, but it would see more or less as much play as Stardust Shimmer does.
I keep telling myself these things are going to get better in a while more. More banished Zone support keeps appearing and I can guess it will be as good as the Graveyard eventually. Then we will all be able to say "it fuels the banished zone".

Off Topic:
Other than appearing when Team Unicorn dueled, there is also how seems to be one of the elements of Harmony. I can even picture its hologram [s]defeating Nightmare Moon[/s] inflicting damage.
