evilfusion Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 Flip Effects activate on the field, after Damage Calculation, but before being sent to the Graveyard. They are considered to have been destroyed in battle if they were, so cards like Dark Ruler Ha Des and Guardian Baou will negate them. They are still on the field, so Skill Drain will negate them. Sleepy Posted September 21, 2011 Report Share Posted September 21, 2011 Its Summoning restrictions AND low ATK in combination hurt this a lot. Even when it was new they used to hurt. I know because I did try it when it was new. If you could defend it for around 2 or 3 turns (which was fairly possible back then), it would be worth it for about 2 more turns before your opponent killed it or flipped it face-down.
