To be honest, this is MUCH better than Trap Stun. 1. It can be played right away. 2. Includes an additional "mini Jinzo" effect. 3. If you do play Harpie Lady Sisters, the ATK boost is cool. 4. It negates Decree, which you can't obviously do with Trap Stun unless you chain it. 5. The rulings aren't official anymore, but nothing new to replace them has been said as far as I know. The card could just have old and inaccurate grammar. [/quote] Not nessesarily. Wikia only says the content is not official anymore solely on the reason of upperdeck leaving this bussiness, but didn't really replace it with anything. Also, I didn't find OCG rulings to base myself from in terms of this card. As I said before, it could just be very old grammar that wasn't errata'd..... or not. I have yet to see any Upperdeck rulings that actually don't apply anymore just because they're not involved in the game. There should be a period after 2700. That way it's clear the other effects dont apply unless the first one happens. There must be a Harpie Lady Sister's SOMEWHERE on the field to use this.
