Bull3tM0nk3y
I know this is a bit of old news... but... http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/rulebook/YGO_RuleBook_EN-v8.pdf Version 8.0.0 of the YGO Rulebooklet is out. Anyways, discuss rules and the new ones, along with changes of the rules in this version.
evilfusion
It might help if it was outlined what the changes were. I don't think everyone knows the rulebooks by heart.
CDDRodrigo
Did ANYTHING change at all, except for the addition of Xyz rulings?
Bull3tM0nk3y
Maybe... *sniff* maybe... I've yet to meet one XYZ in real life yet...
evilfusion
After glancing through it, they also covered a few terminology changes, 0 ATK monster rule is specifically mentioned, but they didn't mention Summon negation, which bugs me a little. I haven't seen any rulebook for a while, so some of these things might be in there/been there.
Bull3tM0nk3y
Yea same here. Last time I look at one was... maybe late 2009 - early - mid 2010.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
0 attack was mentioned in the last rulebook too.
Tentacruel
I noticed that in the rulebook that I didn't see it say you couldn't flip summon a monster the same turn it was set. Edit: NVm, it's in the pdf, but I didn't see it in the actual rulebook.
evilfusion
A Flip Summon is a manual Battle Position change. I'm pretty sure the rulebook mentions that...but I didnt look too hard.
