[/quote] Why couldnt it? It specifically mentions 2 cards. Not a generalization or something like "Rainbow Dragon" monster. Just, "Rainbow Dark Dragon" or "Rainbow Dragon". [/quote] Because Rainbow Neos says either Rainbow Dragon OR Rainbow Dark, thus making it non-specific and it doesn't work with Prisma. Same reason why you cant use Prisma to dump any monster if you reveal 1 of the Omni HEROs. Regardless, Prisma can mill Neos, but it can't mill Rainbow Dark. So its not a typo, its how it has [i]always[/i] been written. ...Can't really do anything about it, really. Though you could do Miror's suggestion, and use Phantom of Chaos.
