[/quote] Am more so saying that with Card Troopers mill effect outside of decks that work perfectly with it, its all to chance of whats discarded and if you lose any major spell or traps which could of won you the game or you needed for up coming turns. You run it in decks that thrive off grave setup, such as Plants, Lightsworn, Chaos, etc. Don't judge a card based on what it'll do wrong in random decks.
