evilfusion Posted October 10, 2011 Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 Yeah, Fusion Materials and Ritual Offerings aren't costs. You choose what Fusion/Ritual to Summon at resolution, and then use the appropriate monsters as part of the effect. The last thing to resolve is the Fusion/Ritual being Summoned, so most monsters will still miss the timing on any effects that can miss the timing. Card would be hilarious.
