Light Pulsar is the Ultra Rare for the set (Possibly meaning no Dark rays), and Red-Eyes Black Dragon + Blue-eyes White Dragon are getting reprinted in Dragonic Legion as well. It seems overpowered, but it's limitations make it just enough balanced to be a good boss in a not-top deck like dragons is until now [s]just like gateway before STOR[/s]... OT: Honestly, the TCG/OCG art just isn't as nice as the Anime art. The colors don't have enough contrast, while the Anime art looks much nicer.
