I guess the trick is that unlike Shrink this doesn't target, but ... hmmmm.... I can't think of anything. It's decent. Does it have a recycler/searcher among the new ninja support by any chance? Pchi Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Well, since it says (at least in the unnoficial translation) "You have to control a face-up 'Ninja' monster to activate [b]THIS EFFECT[/b]", I think you can actually use it more than once as long as it's face-up on the field and you have a Ninja. It's also not stated explicitly that the halving effect lasts just as long as it remains on the field, so, does that mean even if it's removed from the field, the affected monsters retain their halved ATK?
