EHERO stood (I assume) for "Elemental Hero" which is written out in kana (I...guess). The archetype in Japan was "HERO", which is why D-HERO and E-HERO and M-HERO are all part of the archetype. It has the art. It was released at the same time as the archetype. Its translated name is still "Photon" (whereas Photonize, not being a Photon card, was translated to "Lumenize").
