It'd be silly to forbid their use in tournaments without putting it in the list since the list only really works in tournaments. What is it good for? Card is meh. It's fun when all your hand contents are useless to you and you achieve graving a good opponent's card or at least their key card in the hand. DWs activate in your Graveyard, so your discarding effects are still your discarding effects.
