Dunno. It could be.

OT: Thinking about it for a bit, his maximum ATK through his effect is 3400, and that's only if every Monster Card Zone is occupied. Even then, "Garland/orf" still has to get past any surprises the opponent has set up.

... anyways, yeah, Garlandolf has a vendetta again my current namesake who helped to foil his plans to destroy the multiverse.
