It's @1, and no one runs it anymore. Discuss both of those points.

Reason it's not ran is because no one can find room. If i'm stuck for ideas, I usually throw this in and see how it goes. It really helps almost every deck in the game somehow. It's a Swiss army knife in a card.

clearly a card that stops exceeds, synchros, big monsters and breaks up combos is not needed....FYI alot of people still run it.

damn you people say some dumb s*** sometimes.

I hate to defend SHARD, but he was talking about 7 tools

I know he was talking about 7 tools, as he clearly quoted the person mentioning it. My statement was about the general lack of intelligence in the topic.

Because Book of Moon cost 2000 life points and can only be activated in response to a summon.

Book of Moon is more flexable.

You're serious right now? You're arguing a card limited only to promote Xyz, before ruling change, is better than Warning?

Warning may be good, but many cards can just be brought back from the grave easier than one would think (Grapha), face-down stops the combo for a turn and gives you the chance to survive longer.
Solemn Warnings have more of a place in the deck right now, but if this went back to 3 to be consistent, it would be brilliant.

Are you stupid? I never said anything about book being better, I just pointed out that Book is more flexible than Warning and that is fact. The cards function in completely different ways so its like comparing apples to oranges.

And as far as I can remember Book was limited a whole format before Exceeds became a factor.
BoM was limited because of the OCG rule change on ignition effects (priority). Once that came about it became a lot more powerful. So they limited it.

But, in your last post, you compared the apple and the orange ._.

Konami said they limited it because it would detach materials from Xyz, not Exceeds, and it was limited just before Xyz were released. Then they changed said rules.
And it stays there for the other reason; else it'd be off the list by now.
