I've posted the same thing on it before as has everyone else. But that was when it only effected two monsters, not 5!!! Never expected this to be released. Gagaga + a bunch of Normal 3 or lowers with 1500 attack or 1000 defense for Enchanted Fitting Room + this. Could go Double Volcasaurus or Double Big Eye, something hilarious like that. Does that mean it can either match its ATK or match its DEF, without picking a specific value to check? Let's say I have Blue-Eyes (3000/2500) and target it.
